The client required a machine capable of producing 600 pieces per hour, with each piece measuring 1 meter in length. To double their production capacity compared to traditional machines, they requested a design featuring a double-roller system. The machine needed to manufacture 20 mm x 20 mm angle sections with precision and consistency, ensuring reliability for use in false ceiling frameworks. Additionally, the design had to be robust, efficient, and easy to operate.
